who has observed this phenomenon? most commonly seen in the cary/morrisville area. Honda Odyssey seems to be the favorite means of transportation.

The vast majority of Indians (FOBs) buy one of three cars: Toyota Camry, Honda Odyssey, or a Honda Accord.

The remaining outliers buy other various imports, and tend to be higher earners so it's more of the Lexus, BMW, and Acura types.

But you'll almost never see an Indian willing to be caught dead in an American car.

Though not Indian, my mother is a small white woman in a large automobile. 5'1 on a good day and about 105 lbs. soaking wet, and she drives a Crown Vic. Kind of comical actually.

At least the seat has enough range on that car. In her previous car, an equally large late 80's Pontiac, she had to have a pillow against the backrest to be close enough to the steering wheel.
