Why do they even have that? Am I the only one that has noticed it always seems to be wrong? This morning (Monday) I was driving to work and the message said, "left lane closed because of car wreck near exit 293." So instead of taking a different route to work I kept driving since traffic didn't stop until I got to 293. Then it continued to creep slowly until after Wade Ave. A 15 minute drive for me took 45 minutes. Who is in charge of that? I'm guessing the NC DOT?

yes, nc dot.

this is the type of job they give the types who make collages. see the guy out on the road turning the sign from "slow" to "stop" has no time to make collages.

but they dont tell him to take a hike because theyre afraid of a shooting rampage.

so he controls the message sign and not surprisingly sucks at it. you have a bright future it seems.
