The rules state they have to be a natural woman.

She's not born a women and not natural, therefore it's unfair. If she didn't have surgery, she'd have a penis between her legs.

Women with breast implants can't run for Miss USA because she's unnatural.
Women taking steriods can't run for Miss USA because she's unnatural.

There must have a line or else it'll turn into something completely different.

It's not fair for natural girls with no augmentation to be up against anyone with any augmentation.

GeniuSxBoY, do you have any clue what you're talking about? There are no "natural" requirements for pageants. The Miss USA pageant actually paid for Carrie Prejean to have her boobs done before the pageant. As for Miss Universe, it's widely known that the contestants from South America are so competitive that they always get plastic surgery done in huge amounts. Miss Venezuelas especially are famous for practically going in the shop and getting everything redone.

Don't put stuff up in some conclusory way unless you know what you're saying. Some of the U.S. states have "naturally born female" as a requirement, some don't, to address this specifically. But it has nothing about anything else being natural.

Don't pull that shit that when you were a kid the rules were one thing, and now they're different. The rules were never changed, and seriously, what you were taught? You didn't know what you were talking about and acted as if it was true. I know it's an unimportant thing in the scheme of things, but I hate when people talk authoritatively about a topic and don't know shit. Just admit you were bullshitting and move on.

In 1983 there was a big story when Miss America was found to have had plastic surgery. It didn't disqualify her, people just thought it was inappropriate. In the late 80s or early 90s the Miss Universe pageant even expressly started to allow padding in hopes that contestants would avoid surgery.
