I have a ncsecu account with online access, blah blah.

I need to transfer money to another ncsecu member (i have their 8 digit account number).

I have looked at all the options online but i cant find it - i assume im just missing it.

BillPay

One Time Payments

Manage Payees

Add a New Payee

-Under Payee Category choose SECU cards/loans/accounts
-click search, then you can select the account type(probably SECU checking), SECU address(PO BOX whatever) add a nickname and the account number-> add Payee

Go back to BillPay screen and you should be able to select them and set up your payment. It will have to wait until 4/2 though, takes a business day to process

Damn i knew i was close. Thanks. Will walk in today and do a wire. Next month i will setup the billpay.

don't use billpay

you can do this on member access by going to the message center

- click send us a message
- subject reason select miscellaneous
- in the message write out the persons name, account number, and amount
- click send the message
- this will take some time for it to be processed but it should be done the same business day

^ he's correct, or call the call center and ask them to do it for you after you send it

I did it so many times they sent me a message saying to use BillPay haha.
