'honestly' has it's place, but I hear it way too often and it makes me wonder that they are not being honest when they don't start all of their sentences with it.

'that's what she said'. I love saying this, so it makes me sad to put it on the list. It is a constant struggle for me, but people use it so much when it is not even funny, or at work and just awkward.

'get 'er dun'

but I know I use some of these and other phrases on occasion
