Just for kicks, I'd like to see if you people would like to live with a friend of mine.

Here are some details:


1 very large bedroom/bath available in 1400 Sq feet, 2 Bed 2.5 Bathroom townhome right off of tryon road in the Cresecent Ridge community. 4 minutes to NCSU, 25 minutes to RTP, 20 Minutes to downtown. Cab ride is about $20 downtown.

$550 includes Cable/Internet/Security System/Rent/HOA/Everything except 1/2 the Progress Energy bill (your share would be ~$40-50). Townhome is very spacious, faces the woods and has a privacy fence, along with faux hardwoods in the dining room.

Washer Dryer included and the house has a very nice alarm system included, including motion detectors on the windows!

Your room has a large walk-in closet, 4 windows letting in plenty of light, nice tile floors in the bathroom along with some other upgrades in the bathroom (lights and towel rack).

If you have pets, this can be discussed. Lease agreement can be discussed..... Month to month, short term lease is OK

I'm a young professional male that works in RTP w/Financial Services. I do stuff on the weekends and keep the living area clean and presentable. Male or female is ok....I've lived with females in the past. I do not have a preference as long as you pay bills and keep the living areas neat.

I used to live in that exact same townhouse in that community...i know there are a bunch that look alike.

$550 isn't too bad really, lots of space and your own bathroom, the community pool is alright...plus its about summer time...lots of hardbodies

the real question is, if you're a TWWer considering this residence, can you you sleep at night knowing jcg15 fornicated in your shower

perhaps that can help you negotiate that mug down to $500/month...because i've definitely swapped crotch gravy in there, luckily it wasn't furnished...i'd still repaint the ceilings tho...I'm like Jackson Pollock, yadig?

Just texted me he's lowered it to 535 all inclusive. There is a sick Adt security and all furniture is new. Room is sweet
