actually the ketchup is changed out frequently enough that it doesn't have to be refridgerated

if there is a lot left over, it is put in the fridge. at least in every restaurant i've worked at. which is like over 5 at this point.

I have ketchup about once a week. Maybe two tablespoons, about one of which gets eaten. When I make burgers, in case you were wondering. That's 14 weeks per bottle. Three and a half months. Sorry bros, but I don't leave shit out for 14 motherfucking weeks if it contains sugar and possibly tomatoes and god knows what else if I'm going to put it in my mouth.
