I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Village Green Apartments over summer (as soon as possible through July). It is a 4 bedroom apartment, with three other roommates. It is a lockout style apartment, so you pay your end of the rent to the office directly-you don't have to worry about roommates paying their rent. I live with 3 girls, so a female renter would be ideal. The apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the complex. The monthly rent includes high speed internet, cable, and all utilities, and is all-inclusive, meaning you won't be charged extra for going over with utilities.

located right off 1-40, only 10 minutes to the NCSU main campus, 5 minutes from NCSU Centennial Campus, and 10 minutes from downtown.

Community Features:
fitness center, computer lab, tanning salon, game room, resort style pool, lighted basketball court, beach volleyball, and picnic/grill area.
You will get a parking pass and an access card for the gate, which closes at 6pm every night. The access card also works for getting in to the clubhouse at any time.

Apartment Features:
handicap accessible apartment, so the bathroom is larger than all of the other bathrooms in the complex, and features a walk-in shower with a bench.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and comes with a dresser, nightstand, mini fridge, desk, and chair.
The apartment is fully furnished with a dining room table and chairs, bar stools, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, leather couches, coffee table, and a 32" tv.
There is plenty of storage, and an outside patio with extra outdoor storage.
