I don't know about wild rabbits/hares but there is a breed of rabbit called the Flemish Giant that usually range from 20-30 lbs.

i was out for a long run in newfoundland a few summers ago, came around the corner of a building and saw one that i swear had ears up to my waist, freaked me out. i also saw a moose and stepped in bear shit on that same run.

that rabbit has a much bigger skull than that dog, but collies are one of the smartest breeds, i wonder how rabbit intelligence compares to various dog breeds

I have some pretty big (and tasty looking) rabbits on my property. The GF won't let me shoot them, though

And Molly is trying so hard to resist biting that rabbit's head off

I'd imagine they can get pretty big, unless of course theyre owned by Gypsy, then they wont get very big at all
