yeah I ended up keeping boneless skinless chicken breasts in the salamida for about 36 hours before cooking them. Tried 12, and it was too bland, and 24 was pretty good, but I wanted to get a little more flavor in there. 36 nailed it.

what cut are you cooking with the Stubbs Beef Marinade?

FYI, Walmart in Apex off 55 (and maybe where you live?) is phasing out some of their Stubbs products, so they're all on clearance. We got three bottles of the Hickory Bourbon sauce for about a buck fifty per bottle.

Be on the lookout. No marinades just yet, just the sauce.

Mix Stubbs pork marinade with a refilled bottle of water in a crock pot. Add ribs...cook for 6 hrs. Finish up on grill with JD BBQ sauce mixed with hot source. Best ribs ever.

Also I like Stubbs beef marinade on my steak, NY strip or prime rib. I don't like overpowering marinades. I like to taste the meat. A lot of other marinades are too salty to me.
