I have a list of apartments and townhouses that are located near western and below (off tryon) that im interested in checking out. Looking for a recommended buyers agent that is a full-time realtor and has a lot of experience with properties on this side of town.

Also, your experiences and why you went with a buyers agent would also be greatly appreciated.

We went with Ann Grant. She is very outgoing and nice. She helped us get a house that was starting construction in that area before it hit the market. She found a house for my inlaws and got it under contract the day it hit the market.

That's the big thing you need with a buyers agent, someone who will find properties and get them under contract ASAP.
