I hope she's at least waving around an AK-47 or something. Seems bizarre to shut down city blocks for just a suicide threat. There aren't any buildings high enough to jump off of over there.

They were escorting people to their cars. I had to detour down to the courthouse to get to the Gale street lot.

Plus there was one of the managers of the parking deck shouting at the cops because of the gridlock situation they had created with rush hour coming.
