Yes, fringe you fucking dumbass. As in, on the outskirts of and quite unlike the more culturally similar, more powerful central countries. These countries are still breaking up into ever smaller regional states because a thousand years ago some group decided to dance one way and another decided to dance a different way and some didn't want to dance at all. If a country like Serbia and Montenegro was still breaking up, what makes the EU leaders think they should ever be part of any continental government? Too ambitious, too quickly. Now, tiny as hell Greece is taking the whole ship down.

I would say you have Downs' Syndrome but that would be an insult to people with Downs.
