Sometimes there can be an error in the .NET framework that prevents it from working.
I suggest using Snes9x as it is a superior piece of software and allows you to save the games so you don't have to start from the beginning each time you play.  5/12/2012 10:23:16 PM

BSNES nuqqa (or lsnes for the TASers out there)
