OBSERVATIONS:

pizza was way overpriced, the large pizza ended up costing 21 dollars after the tip and two dollar delivery charge they sneak in at the end. this was all despite using the 10% off coupon they left on my door (and what prompted me to order in the first place.)

as stated previously, i got the "hot box", with "double spicy pepperoni and banana peppers". this sounded so good, in theory. alas, disappointment. there were tons of 'ronis, but they were not spicy in the least. furthermore, the banana peppers were scant, some slices having none at all. the pizza was pretty heavy. i started getting full after two slices, which is saying something.

the pizza did taste good, but all in all, i was let down. i will continue to order marco's XL two-topping special, the best "cheap" pizza in raleigh, or get mellow mushroom takeout.


tl;dr: decent pizza, way expensive
