This is hardly news.

GM has a huge share of the market in China, it is necessary for them to continue pushing there as they lose market share here and in Europe. It's a huge growth market, they'd be stupid not to go after it.

Oh, and yes, the bailout of GM was a huge mistake.

But, but...we were investing in American jobs, god damn it! How were we supposed to know that a corporation (all evil, btw - unless they're a "mainstay of American industry") would create jobs in China rather than the U.S.?
