What would be your immediate reaction? I was at the gym during lunch and noticed a guy who looked a lot like him doing some very intense circuit training, and he had that distinctive pseudo Downs expression on his face. They had CNN on the TVs and were showing a report about the incident, so I put two and two together.

I know crazier people than DNL in real life, and most of you probably do as well, but I think he's probably the craziest person we know collectively, and its not even really that close. So, hypothetically, if he was the guy who ripped his own clothes off before ripping the clothes off a sixty five year old homeless man and chewing his grill off, how would you respond? Some of you would act like you weren't surprised, but something like this goes so far above and beyond anything he did on here that I'd probably be in disbelief. I met him a few times, even had a class with him, and while I wouldn't call him 'normal' by any means, I couldn't see his psychosis ever escalating to this level. I'd try to put myself in his shoes, try to understand his thought process, but again, this is DNL we're talking about, and once you add the bath salts into the equation, well, theres really no place to go but a culvert on the side of the freeway.

So basically, I just want to know A) your reaction if DNL was Rudy Eugene, B) Whether DNL at his darkest would even be capable of something like this, and C) your reaction if DNL was Ronald Poppo

That's the only logical hurdle I see

I would, however, be very surprised if he was Poppo. Seems like that guy actually had something going for him at one point in his life:

If it took him 2 years to walk to Miami, then he was making way too many stops. I estimate that I could make it there easily in about 40 days

2 months tops if I took my time and did some sightseeing along the way.
