y'know, if Rodney King had found his fiancee at the bottom of the pool and called 911, he'd have been in cuffs and charged with murder before the paramedics even showed up.

all his neighbors say he was a quiet and friendly guy who mostly kept to himself.

apparently he swam in his pool often to "clear his mind", and supposedly there were no signs of drugs or alchol at the house.
