All my international co-workers can't pronounce Durham. Always emphasize the second syllable and say HAM.

Also, Kingston is in Jamaica, Kinston is in NC.

I got a call from my credit card company and the girl kept pronouncing Raleigh as "Ray-lay." I promptly and sternly corrected her (she was being annoying anyway) for not knowing how to pronounce a state Capital city - at least a little closer to the right way.
