Animals that are owned by other humans only have rights insofar that they are granted to them by their owners.

There is no such thing as "animal rights" that the government can enforce. They CANNOT violate property rights.

Animals are property.

Sorry, but this means that dog fighting, abusing animals, shooting animals? Nope, not a crime, and you're a monster for saying that you should be able to TELL THEM WHAT TO DO.

Animals have certain unalienable rights just as humans.

Sure those rights are always abused by people like you because you are not an animal.

If you were an animal, and could talk, I'm sure you'd be crying about how it's not faaaair that you don't have any rights.

animals that are not owned have no rights, because we have dominion over them and they are no ones property. property rights give us all other rights.

While human rights are mentioned in the Constitution, I think we've always had them before the constitution.

I could be wrong.

Even if we disregard the on animals, these activities are rejected by society because it inherent danger of de-sensitizing people. People who abuse and kill animals for fun are likely to make the leap to doing same to humans. First, the ones close to them who they feel entitle to, then some weak ones outside of their circle, then anyone is a target.
