I've been doing some research, and I'm looking for some viewer that will allow me to stream NFL games over the interweb to my TV. (I'll pay $$) I know NFL sunday ticket was available on PS3 last year... but I don't know if it is this year.. anyone know anything? I'm open to using Apple TV or some equivalent.

I looked into the PS3 thing and it was $340/season which is more than I am willing to pay and I also would need to buy a PS3. For the most part I could get games by clicking on the links in this thread it was a little hit and miss but it was free message_topic.aspx?topic=584652

PS3 is legit and I'm sure they're doing it again as its almost a pure revenue stream. Dweedle raved about the speed and quality, and even though he primarily purchased the package to watch all the games Thom Brennaman was announcing, he ended up becoming a pretty big fan of the Panthers along the way.

Sunday Ticket on PS3 works great. Great quality and no buffering. It always worked for me last year and I watched all 17 weeks on it.

I just hit up someone with DirecTV that had the ticket and asked them to add the "On the Go" feature for $50 bucks more.

Sunday ticket on PS3 worked great for you... it did NOT work for the vast majority of customer last year week 1 due to technical issues. You got lucky. I have 30mb TWC and still had severe technical issues for 3 of the 17 weeks. Called them and confirmed it was on their end. A few Sundays it was perfect, but most weeks were choppy at times. Maybe they will get the kinks worked out next year. I complained and complained but was never compensated. Very shitty experience for me.

Regardless, I found that unless you are out of market for a specific team you want to watch every week, it's not worth $350 anyway.

The "On the Go" option is a good idea; good look finding someone to leach that deal off of, lol.

Although it's, uh, pirated streaming television.
