Yea I heard he could be a dick IRL. A coworker saw him a couple years ago at an event. Said he had no idea that Andy was going to show up, but he was very surprised when he did show up. He said he hobbled up to the podium to speak and then went on a 10 minute speech. He said he was shocked at even though Andy seemed like a feeble old guy he was smart as a whip and still had it mentally, even if his body looked pretty bad.

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - State Senator Yvonne Miller passed away at 3 p.m. on July 3 in her Norfolk home, according to Senator Louise Lucas.

Miller was born in 1934 in Edenton, N.C., and would have turned 78 on July 4.

Miller has been a state senator since 1988, and worked as a state representative from 1984 to 1987. Miller was the first black woman to serve in both the state House and the state Senate.
