my dad hit our cat with his truck this morning. apparently the bastard was in the back, and hopped out when my dad took off. he ended up under the rear tire, alive but with a broken femur and a ruptured bladder. they're going to amputate his leg tomorrow if the bladder is any good.

hopefully he'll be ok without having to go this route:

My Grama had a three legged cat named tipsy who had vodka for breakfast.

That cat was so damned fast when it didn't think we were looking, and would hobble around when it knew we were.
