4 bedroom 4 bath Apt. 3 of the rooms are full, looking for 1 more. Private owner.
1st guy is in grad school getting his masters
2nd guy is in grad school getting his PHD
3rd guy is a working engineering professional, recently graduated with a masters
-325/month includes water, utilities run about 60-80 a month per person.
-Located off Kent Rd.
Looking for a graduate student or working professional who is stable, considerate, and clean.
Possible sublease for one of the rooms (pending interviews), making two rooms available instead of one.

it's exactly like u-woods apartment except its off kent.
No pets.
Dimensions, im guessing around 12x12
The guy who might end up moving for another job is willing to pay for august and leave the safety deposit. Although he doesn't know when he will move if he gets it but it will most likely be mid August. 7/21/2012 9:35:51 PM |
