This is me *now*. My husband doesn't drink, and we don't really have good friends around here to join me in boozing. Used to drink like a damn fish though - that was not a good thing.

weds-thurs: couple of beers. usually one when i come home after the gym and one after dinner

fri-sunday: it's on like donkey kong. cold beer and mowing grass, going to the pool and playing volleyball just go so well together.

Daily. Every now and then we don't have a bottle of wine/beer/liquor around the house and we want have anything with dinner...but that doesn't happen often. And every now and then (rarely), the lady is hungover and doesn't feel like drinking...so I will join her in sobriety. But we rarely get hammered, so that doesn't happy much either.

I'm a consistent, casual drinker.

When I'm just hanging around at home during the week, I usually drink nothing. If I'm going out during the week, 3-5 pints a night is about right. On the weekends, when day drinking at the pool, out at night, at someone's party or tailgating for something figure 10-15 per day.

I haven't had a drop of alcohol since last Wednesday but I'll be on vacation next week and will probably drink a fair amount every day then

Most nights, a glass of wine or nothing at all. A glass of wine tends to get me pretty loopy, but I sleep so well on it. And I'm talking a small glass of wine. Approximately 3 or 4 ounces, since more than that is a little much for me. A standard glass is 5 ounces.

Out on the town with friends or a date night... 2 or 3 glasses of wine, depending on the duration of the date.

Usually one beer per night mon - thurs, two usually fri - sun. Then I start to worry that I'm an alcoholic and I'll not have anything for a few nights then start back. I've been home brewing and it's awesome but at the same time I'm paranoid as fuck.
