They threw the contents of my center console and glove box allover my car didn't take my sunglasses or a nice glass pendant that was sitting in the console also. They didn't touch my stereo or anything else that I have noticed.
Obviously a crackhead looking for change or something..they saw the gun case and thought they hit it big. And the radar detector was the only other thing missing.
Just weird to think someone would walk onto my driveway and do that

Same exact thing happened to me 3-4 months ago, I live near crabtree, somebody walked out on them down the street so they ran and threw everything and the cops found it in the grass and returned it though.

I don't know what policy is on glass tobacco pipes getting returned by the cops in your situation though.

My truck got broken into while it was at a body shop getting repaired. Took my whole speaker system. Worst part was they stole my entire CD collection, about 200 total. (I know, stupid me for leaving it in the car truck) Tried to get my radio, couldn't get it out, and instead tore up my whole dashboard. It actually cost more to replace the dash than it would have been to replace the radio.

Fortunately, since it was on a "secure lot", the body shop had to pay for it. I actually ended up getting a highly upgraded amp and speakers. Still really sucked about the CDs though.

I think the idea is the glass jar with a lid or cork keeps leafy organic matter fresher for longer.

The glass probably jeeps residue, and then scrapes cleaner too.
