So, we can assume that if a woman regularly has sex with a man and ingests his semen enough times her body will become "familiar" with it.
And if this same woman then becomes pregnant by this man she should not have morning sickness (assuming regular sex habits are continued) because she has already "built up a tolerance" to his semen.
Therefore, if your woman gets morning sickness and you've been giving her dick on a regular basis since you've been together and she's been taking a doses of semen like multivitamins, maybe you can conclude it is not your dick that is making her sick but some "unfamiliar" dick she's been getting on the side.

Sounds like some crazy witch hunt logic.
