Yep. This...and bacon. Mmmm pork fat. I'm 80% paleo. I can't seem to do this at 100%, always feel like I'm low on energy and shitting bricks all the time. I don't do wheat a whole lot, but I do some grains, steel cut oats, quinoa, and brown rice. I will sneak in some pasta every now and then. I'm asian, I can't ever not love carbs though.
