Although I have had the other problem; friends who offer to help but really just give you company while you do most of the work by yourself anyways.
Once I was moving from a 3rd floor apt to a 1st floor apt. As some of you know, I'm a work horse and just ran up and down the stairs so I could get this shit done. My "friends" didn't carry but 2 loads, maybe 3, then take a 10 minute break. Come the hell on.

Hell, even my wife was running circles around them.
