when i was still in Raleigh, and smoking a lot, I wanted to PM you so many times to try and see about buying something from your collection. Always thought your work was top notch and really awesome.

^^thanks for the kind words, but i dont sell these items in NC.. all of my glass goes to the west coast, CO, etc. As of recently.. most of my time is spent making marbles, pendants and dishes these days..which is much more enjoyable. pipes are fun too but restrictive

when i post items for "taking offers" i always start them at $0 and let the market dictate the price...typically that allows the buyers to offer what they would be willing to pay for it

are you independently contracted for your work? do you do all of the packaging and shipping or do you supply the work to a middle man? curious how the business works from your end.

cool. so the items you make are obviously your own design and unique idea but do you get orders saying we need x more like this and that's what you are stuck forming for that week? or do you make what you feel like when you feel like?

^i usually make whatever i want and hope it sells. i also go to conventions throughout the year to show off my new stuff and take orders from stores.


^^technically i didnt make that piece i pictured above and have never really made any "bongs"
i do the color/sectional work....then those sections are sent to a friend or someone else who has a large shop with glass lathes..they pay me for the sections and assemble them into whatever they want. the finished pieces sell as a collaborative work.
