Fox News is falsely reporting that Mitt Romney's statement last night criticizing President Obama over attacks on U.S. diplomatic missions in the Middle East was released before it was known that Americans had been killed in those attacks. In so doing, Fox is attempting to excuse that campaign's actions, which have been widely criticized, including by Republican foreign policy experts. In fact, Romney's statement itself referenced the death of an American consulate worker in Libya.

Someone must have been watching Morning Joe today! I bet you agree with Barnicle that the murder of Chris Stevens and the other embassy officials is really the fault of that crazy pastor in Florida and the DOJ should prosecute him.

Did this really deserve its own thread when there's already an Egypt and Libya discussion?

Romney's irresponsible pot-shot here certainly doesn't seem like the action of a campaign that thinks they can win on the poor state of the economy alone.
You would think that they would lick their wounds after this, and back off... But instead, they seemingly reaffirmed their initial remarks about Obama being an apologist.

lol, politics

It is beyond sad this thread was even made.

Liberals grasping at straws once again because they know how hopeless this election actually is.

Let's keep in mind that Romney's entire criticism of Obama is based on the lie that this,

was released after the attacks, not before.

^^just quit posting irrational, biased condescending posts, and actually try to contribute to discussion, and you wouldn't stand out as such a hack.

Has the Romney campaign jumped the gun and released a statement critical of the Administration's response to the attacks on the Yemen embassy yet? I haven't had a chance to watch Morning Joe or check MediaMatters or the President's twitter feed or the Huffington Post yet this morning to find out.

sorry, calling someone who blindly praises one party and blindly criticizes the other party, as if they're cheerleading for a sportsteam, is a hack, a schill. i don't think it's like calling somene an ass-hole, or lib-tard, or other names meant simply to belittle. he is a hack, plain and simple.
