I'm selling my White iPhone 4s 16gb. I am also including the phone case and an extra screen protector.
It is the VERIZON version of the phone.

It is in excellent condition. It will come in the original box with charger, manual, etc... I am not including the earbuds since I have worn them quite a bit.

You will also get the case that it has been in since the day I bought it.
It is an incipio, red case.

The case has very very minor scuff marks on one edge....you can't even see them unless you are close up.

I will also throw in an extra screen protector that I did not use.

I can send pictures to folks with serious inquiries. Phone will be available in approximately 1-2 weeks when I purchase my new phone.

I'm asking a firm $385 for everything. I'll put it on ebay if no local interest. Thanks

No trade b/c I preordered the iPhone 5. I'm trying to get rid of this one first.

I put it on eBay and it sold "buy it now" for $400.00

However, that was someone in Russia even though my listing clearly said US ONLY... so now i'm trying to wait for this person to cancel the transaction so I can relist it... they have 7 days to cancel it or I have to call eBay and they will cancel it for me

This happened when I tried to sell my blackberry when some guy in Mexico tried to get it. You can force cancel it from your dashboard I'm pretty sure, and in the end you aren't going to ship it to him so you may as well relist it now anyway.

On the next listing, make sure you have your settings such that it automatically blocks buyers in other countries.

Yeah I changed the settings...

Unfortunately, I can't force close it until Day 8...

I opened the "case" yesterday and requested the transaction be cancelled.. It says I am awaiting Buyer's Response. They have 7 days to respond. If they don't respond within 7 days, then I can force close it.

What's funny is, I requested it be cancelled yesterday afternoon and last night (late obviously due to time differences), I got an email from the person asking for my email address so they could pay me on paypal...
Sounds fishy to me... I sent another email requesting that they agree to cancel it. We'll see what happens.

Once I get my new iPhone in the mail, i'll set it up from home and my other one will be automatically be deactivated.

you would take the phone to the verizon store and get it activated and setup with your account

you don't even have to take it into a store as long as you have indeed activated a new phone with your number and you haven't reported the phone lost or stolen (ie. clean ESN)

a person can activate your old phone using *228 (i think) on the phone itself or logging into their my verizon account and typing in the ESN
