I'm trying to decide if it's safe for me to take more medicine or not.

At 9:46pm last night had 30 ml of Vick's Nature Fusion cold and flu and at 7:37am this morning I had two Vick's Nature Fusion Daytime Cold Symptom Relief tablets

Can I take two more right now or should I wait?

I had to fly 8 hours on Tuesday with a horrible cold and congestion. Stunningly miserable experience. I was sure my eardrums were going to burst on descent.
