so im removing drip irrigation from some pots in the greenhouse so the ears dry down for harvest, im just jammin Dj screw in my headphones and just moseying on through right.

I remove an irrigation stake and all i feel is soft, soft soil. im feelin around for the tube and i find it and when i pull it out man my hand is covered in fire ants.

FML, now i have to treat about 5 pots with a Spinosad drench. I happened to stick my hand in the main nest, there were 4 other satellite nests in the other pots so the ants had probably been there for awhile. Shows how much attention ive been paying them the past few weeks
