I loooooove horseradish sauce but not straight horseradish.

Fried mushrooms/fried zucchini should almost always be served with horseradish sauce. Really, I hate it when places serve fried food without good/proper sauces. Plain fried food isn't worth the calories--you gotta take it over the top with some extra fatty dip! Otherwise, I'd rather have a salad.

I had a friend sneak some horseradish sauce called "Nasal Napalm" onto a raw oyster I was about to eat. He told me it wasn't that hot but had a real good flavor so I just threw that oyster and cracker into the back of my throat and then about choked to death...it was not cool...very bad...
