^^^ it was awesome. Pat's, Jim's, Chickie and Pete's, and Citizens Bank Park. I made a pact that I would only eat cheese steaks the whole weekend.
Although I did cheat for breakfast. Had McDonalds one day and a "South Philly Steak and Eggs Breakfast" at the airport Sunday morning. Ironically, the airport breakfast was pretty much a cheese steak with an scrambled egg on top.

Orange food is what we call things like Doritos, cheese poofs, barbecue chips, etc. It's all so obviously awful for you food, but it's what we always have. Hashing is "the drinking club with a running problem." So on hashing days I tend to consume both beer and orange food. 9/24/2012 2:52:07 PM

I subbed in Kashi crunchy cereal to get my granola fix... it still has a good amount of sugar but more protein and fiber. 9/24/2012 4:10:05 PM

Starbucks latte
I can't drink milk, so I have to ask for soy. But soy is too thick and rich for me so I ask for half soy, diluted with half water. Soy is also a bit sweet already, so I only ask for 1 pump of syrup, so it evens out.
So my drinks becomes something like, " Tall, 1 pump caramel latte with half soy, half water."
Ugh! A mouthful, but they usually get it right. 9/24/2012 4:17:16 PM

tl;dr Currently, I eat pretty good, but then I go crazy with food a few days a month. I often want to eat two meals right in a row. I also got to openly eat buttered cake during dinner once, and it was awesome.
Right now? I don't eat anything bad very often.
Certain times of the month, however, my primary indulgences are: huge sub sandwiches, tortilla chips/cheese dip, serving bowls brimming with pasta/cheese, four cheese omelets, and inappropriate quantities of take-out/delivery (wings, pizza, and the occasional feast from a Japanese restaurant are my faves).
I go from being pretty normal/well-adjusted to being very food-crazy for several days a month. Immediately after eating out somewhere, I often want to stop at another restaurant for another meal. And it's crap because, if you suggest some fatty Coldstone ice cream after dinner, a lot of folks are down for it. But nobody ever wants to stop for a quick post-meal quesadilla or burger. To be clear, I'm actually pretty good about resisting the urge to eat twice when I'm out and about...but there's probably a handful of times that I've eaten a sub or a pita on my way to meet someone for a meal. And it stinks/rocks when you've already eaten, but you end up at a friend's house where they're cooking something delicious: "I'm cooking lasagna. Have you had dinner yet?" Uhhhh...
On one occasion, my friend served thawed cake with butter after mistaking it for cornbread in the freezer. I had like three pieces of dense, buttery cake slathered with even more butter before anybody else had taken a bite. It was a little weird when other people had a piece and realized I was stuffing my gullet with buttered cake, not a somewhat less indulgent cornbread. (We should replace cake icing with straight butter, by the way.)
