I have a FOSCAM that I am running to view a fish tank. I setup the port on my router and a no-ip setup. But it seems that I can only see the camera on my own network (I can see the camera just fine when browsing at home, but not when I am away from the house at all on cell or other networks).no-ip: http://wolfpack06.no-ip.org/Any ideas?

What port on your router? What do you mean you set it up? You set up port forwarding? Added firewall trigger?

put it up on 8088 with a no-ip redirect. cox.net blocks port 80http://ww2.cox.com/residential/centralflorida/support/internet/article.cox?articleId=cacf82f0-6407-11df-ccef-000000000000[Edited on September 25, 2012 at 3:15 AM. Reason : link]
