what do you do to stay sharp and focused for extended lengths of time?

i've found that a run or workout in the morning helps greatly throughout the day.

Relax on the reg, let go of things that stress you out on the reg, work out on the reg, and use the phrase "on the reg" on the reg.

It keeps a person sharp.

depends on what it is I need to be focused on

a workout helps for the rest of the day but when that day turns into night and early morning i've found it can work against you.

generally I can't get through those marathon sessions without caffeine or some sort of energy supplement. Adderall if it's really a doozy.

In general though regularity with food, sleep, and exercise are gonna be your best bet.

Good stuff. Much cheaper than energy drinks.

It's all about motivation for me. When I feel myself start to wander mentally, I focus intently on one thought: Overpowering and dragging paerabol into an abandoned barn in Morrisville, pinning him down with one hand while removing his pants with the other, and then... then penetrating his tender bottom with my turgid erection. The loud bursts of thunder outside seem to drown out his muffled screams.

After this mental exercise, I'm usually sharp as a tack for the rest of the day.

Don't worry about things you can't change. Worry about things you can change and make an effort to change them.

Get a good night sleep.
