I see that you're drawing a house

and that you use a ruler to ensure your lines are straight

Jake is "special". He's been doing odd jobs for the owner for years. He has an affinity for Hogan's Heroes and WWE.

I see that guy everywhere. To the point that we were at the Bojangles by New Hope and 64 the other day and he came over to say hi.

i used to date this girl who worked at cloos, and she would of course be super sweet to Jake. this was like 6 years ago but he STILL will come over and try to make awkward conversation with me from time to time, but i dont think he knows exactly how we are acquainted, just that we are.

Yeah, he worked at Harris teeter forever and got fired a year or so ago. From what I heard some lady asked if he'd watch her child for a minute while she ran to her car and he told
Her he wasn't a babysitter or something

Wow. If that's true, how bad of a parent do you have to be to leave your kid with a random stranger who works at a grocery store?

He got fired because he started to push a lady's cart to her car, while the infant was in the seated part of the cart. the lady apparently flipped shit, and there wasn't much his boss could do to qualify a MH dude walking a probably very affluent woman's child to the parking lot

He worked there for a long ass time, too.

He hasn't been in Ruckus in like 5 weeks (he routinely came by a dozen times a day before), because he came in and sat beside me one day while I was holding a meeting, and I asked him to come back later because we were in a meeting. He then told at least 2 managers at other businesses that I told him to leave and not come back.

I don't think I need to go far into it, but I'm always extremely nice to him, even when he asks customers who have no idea who he is to not eat there. That was a weekly rite of passage for him. I've also stopped to talk to him at the tanning place to ask him why he hasn't been back, and he explained (with the help of that manager) that he thought he wasn't welcome anymore.

I love Jake. But he really likes to stir the pot. Twice, someone completely random has come in to berate my staff for mistreating him, when the worst thing that's ever happened to him there is when I told him to stop putting chairs in front of our front door. I watched him do it, and he said someone who worked at Kerr Drug did it.

Ah, well.
