problem with oxygen sensor?

this guy is going up into space in a balloon. At a certain altitude (120,000 ft) he will jump from the balloon and reach over 690 mph and reenter the atmosphere.

He will set 3+ world records if it goes as planned.

If it goes wrong and the balloon tears due to high winds(reason they delayed) he will die.
if his suit doesnt hold up and it tears he will either freeze to death, get boiling blood and die, or die from lack of oxygen.

it takes him quite a while to get into space...but they will have cameras all over the thing watching every second. There is a 20 second delay though just in case he dies.
