Every redneck seems to have some item of Carhart gear and they all have facial hair. On fat rednecks its usually well groomed facial hair and I'm curious how they determine where to shape it.

Strangely, skinny redneck guys seem to always have the facial hair of a 15 year old with un-trimmed wispy mustaches and chin fuzz. There seem to be almost no one in the middle, they all seem to be on one end or the other.

I saw some garden variety NCSU frat bro the other day with what appeared to be an intentional neckbeard. We're all familiar with the "lazy" neckbeard - someone that just couldn't be bothered to shave for a couple of months. With this bro, you could see that he had meticulously cultivated the hair on his neck while apparently staying clean shaven on his face.
