We are getting Isabel level damage on the ocean side, may get Irene level damage on the sound side. Avalon pier has a few sections taken out, parts of hwy 12 in kitty hawk are gone, oregon inlet bridge has a little bit of damage and the road around the new new inlet temp bridge is covered on both sides.
