Miami lives off points inside the arc. I doubt they get those against us.

They don't shoot threes at all. That's our main weakness defensively.

Defensively they are horrid.

They are hopelessly short and have zero depth.

I like NC State vs the spread. This has all the makings of a 30+ point game that might only be a 15 point spread.

These guys were really bad last year and played at one of the slowest paces in the nation. That being said the ghost of herb could be upon us in this matchup.

Terrible rebounding team so we should have a huge edge there. They do like to bomb threes the whole time and that's been one of our huge weaknesses the past several years so we'll need to defend the perimeter.

Looking at Miami of Ohio, they have a new head coach this year, John Cooper. He was the head coach of Tennessee State last year and led the school its first winning record in 20 years. TSU was one of only two schools to beat Murray State in the regular season. He's also been an assistant at Auburn, Oregon, and South Carolina.

Miami (OH) beat Maryville University in their only exhibition game 73-64. Will Felder had 15 points and 9 rebounds. Quinten Rollins had 5 assists and 5 steals. The team only made 64% of their FTs and 21% of their 3s.

^i just went through every channel on my TWC guide and didn't see it

the Special Events channels all list nothing on (same channels that showed some of our ESPN3 football games), so I guess its possible one of them shows it, but not as of yet
