despite what some of you people have been saying, chit chat is NOT a 100% no holds barred, anything goes forum. there's a LOT of room of the side of the line that is tolerated, but in this case settledown clearly went over it and got a few days off for it. no freaking big deal.

This is a big freaking deal. The whole front page of Chit Chat is littered with this issue. I believe it's not a big freaking deal to you, but it is a big freaking deal to me and settledown and all the rest of the users that have voiced their opinion through protest.

We need a sound policy with no unwritten exceptions, no favoritisms, and no loose interpretations.
Instead, we got a user that was suspended unjustly and other users that got off scot-free.

We aren't looking to get more people banned, we are looking for equality and a section on this site where "NSFW without warning" means "NSFW without warning" for everyone, in all circumstances.

Yes, I'm still here posting right now and I thank you for that. settledown wasn't so lucky. he was suspended for something I can see myself doing and wasn't the least bit offended by that thread he made to get him suspended. In my opinion, he would have had to do something A LOT worse to warrant a suspension in Chit Chat. If it were any other forum, there would be no questions whether he should have been suspended.

As of right now, I have 5 separate threads of 7-10 members in Feedback Forum attacking me for no good reason. I need something protecting me more than just the strength of your patience. I need some rules that will be applied equally and fairly.

I know all this arguing is wearing down on you more than it's wearing down on me, but I really want to keep this infighting between me and those people and leave you out of it. Please accept my recommended and I'll stop posting in FF.

I'm not arguing that point. I'm pleading with him to make a sanctuary for all of us in that one forum. I don't see the point in arguing for a Chit Chat #2 when the Lounge is pretty much Chit Chat #2 which is 100% safe for work. It really baffles me to what is so outrageous with my request to have one unmoderated forum regarding posting NSFW material to a reasonable extent.
