Can someone recommend their favorite brand of pimento cheese and where to buy it?

make your own! super easy:

shredded sharp cheddar
half block cream cheese
mayo (amount depends on your taste and consistency preference)
chopped pimentos
lots of pepper
texas pete

if you must get store-bought: palmetto brand or go old school with Stan's

anyone who gets a lot of the HT pepper jack, about how long does it last past the sell by date? my GF doesn't really like it, so i've stopped buying it due to not being able to finish a tub before going bad.

^ No idea because we finish it before that happens. I imagine it'd be similar to how long cream cheese lasts after opening.

Wicked pimento cheese. My wife's aunt makes it and it is epic. She used to sell it out of her restaurant and bakery but has now moved into grocery stores and Walmart.

my dad used to eat those little jars of kraft pimento cheese when I was growing up, and we kept the jars as juice glasses. then they stopped making it and we were all devastated.

I wonder if I could find any legit pimento spread online or any good kind would be perishable.
