I totally do it all the time. Especially my poodle because her breath smells really good. And it's so sweet to wake up in the morning to little puppy kisses.

My mini schnauzer has a beard too...makes it sometimes kind of itchy for kissing, but I work through it. Of course it's really only a problem when she is due for a grooming because her beard gets cut down.
