Considering that the brand new totally redesigned 2013 Accord starts at $21,680 I would pass on a used fleet vehicle. Another option is checking out the local dealerships for surplus 2012 models. Since the new redesigned model is out they'll probably let them go for firesale prices, if they have any left.
