Any ideas on where to get inexpensive plastic for milling? I need a minimum 5"x3"x2" block size. Grainger and McMaster Carr are too pricey.

I was going to recommend a local company down here in Charleston that I have used before:

http://www.multiplastics.com

but when I googled them to get the link, I found this:

http://www.multiplasticssucks.com

...which made me lol, so I will share it anyway.
