One of the best things that ever came into Nice Price was a pair of records marked "311 10-23-99" (not the real date, but it was something like that).

I assumed it was a bootleg, but it was something way better: the cut records that the 311 DJ used on stage that night.

Full of hilarious samples like a dude saying, "You don' fuck wit' dem 311 playas."

When I was a junior in high school, I went through a 311 phase that lasted about 3 months. I had a sticker on the bumper of my car that I got from a fake head shop (it sold everything like beads and tapestries and drip candles and whatever else high school kids thought was awesome, but not smoking supplies). Anyway, I think I'm ashamed of those 3 months, but I'm not afraid to admit it happened.

I have no idea. I tried to find a 311 forum where someone would freak over them and didn't have much luck. I think they went to eBay, but I don't even know if we actually sold them.
