Thank you sir.

My step brother is looking to get a Baja. I told him he needs a Jeep because of the Ohio winters. So I convinced him to lift the Baja.

depends on what you're doing...

My opinion is... if the baja can make it up the trail... it will probably do it quicker...

save your money and get yourself some Brat seats

Can you imagine doing donuts in the snow while sitting in those things?

I've actually seen a CJ7 with a 350 repeatedly get shutdown trying to climb a steep driveway that was covered in ice/snow (mostly ice). Later some hippy in a beatup subaru loyale climbed it in one try. Lots of factors there, but I was still impressed.

Subtle solutions makes 1 inch lift kits, basically is is a billet 1 inch spacer that mounts between the top of the strut and the mount.

just remember that the baja is built on the legacy platform, not an impreza when ordering suspension.

there are higher lift out there but fairly limited run stuff and you run into alignment issues/stering angle

if subtle solutions does not have it Paranoid fabrications can likely do it without issue as well

I'm strongly considering buying a baja. Some family friends have one that they are thinking about selling. Seems like a nice utility vehicle. Throw the bike in there if I want to cycle somewhere, dog can ride in the back when he gets dirty, could haul some light stuff, etc.

Anyone here own one?

Related question:

Does anyone make lift kits for e30's? Brother in law has a beater 325ix, I kinda want to lift it just for shits and giggles.
